Annual General Meeting East District Youth Hockey Monday 22nd March 2010 7pm prompt The Long Room, Grange Club, Stockbridge, Edinburgh The meeting is open to all parents of youth members and officials of schools/clubs affiliated to East District. We do ask a representative of each affiliated school/club to attend the AGM. If anyone who would like to be considered for any of the vacant listed posts on this committee please submit your CV and a covering letter to George Guy (Youth Co-ordinator) - georgevguy@aol.com by 28th February 2010. The application will then be considered by the Youth Co-ordinator and 2 other members of the Senior Committee in the strictest confidence. In accordance with the EAST DISTRICT HOCKEY Ltd, ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES, all positions are for 2 years (discretionary) except for the Youth Co-ordinator which is initially for 3 years, changing every 2 years thereafter.
